Breakfast is served in the main dining room from 8 a.m to 10 a.m and in the summer can also be made out in our big garden.
Every morning we prepare the cake of the day with natural ingredients and extra-virgin olive oil, we also have various types of cereals, yoghurts, jams we produce, organic honey km 0, the fresh juice, coffee, barley, milk, chocolate and tea of different varieties.
For those who love salty, they will also find fresh bread, meats and cheeses.
The menu that we propose is always seasonal and consists of a starter, a main dish, a meat, sweet and fruit.
For anyone suffering from allergies and / or food allergies we will (by arrangement) to prepare special menus.
For the preparation of all the dishes we use only our extra-virgin olive oil, meat products coming from the Mugello and the organic or purchased from farms km 0.
The dinners are served outdoors in the summer.
Dinner is available by reservation only, because are used daily fresh products. Guests wishing to dine in the evening of their arrival must be booked one day in advance by e-mail or by phone.
Our cooking classes are held by Azzurra in the large main kitchen and provide for the participation of up to 6 people, are divided into a theoretical part where you have the ingredients, always fresh and a practical part, where together we cook a full meal, (first course, second course, side dish and a dessert) in a maximum time of 4 hours and a half.
